Orders can be taken by email, through the website or by post. If you would like to place a postal order please print off the order form and post with your cheque payment to us at the studio address.
We aim to despatch all orders within 10 working days of receipt of order if the goods are in stock. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will endeavour to speed your order to you. If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will be telephoned or emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Our delivery and packaging charge for consignments up to 25 kg is £XX
Carriage charges are to the United Kingdom mainland.
If there is an extra delivery charge, we will contact you after you place your order, giving you the option to cancel if you wish.
Large parcels may need to be signed for. In the event that no one is available to sign, goods will be returned to our carrier’s depot and you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time to re-deliver.
